Key Responsibilities:

1. International Travel: Engage in customer training, data collection, service, and installation of testing machines.
2. Machine Management: Configure machines, handle mechanical/electrical maintenance, and install software updates.
3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machine and software issues across various domains.
4. Technical Support: Provide support and feedback to customers, designers, software engineers, and the sales team.
5. Customer Queries: Manage international customer inquiries on machine construction, equipment requirements, and more.
6. Spare Parts Management: Support spare parts assembly, export shipping, and related paperwork.
7. Precision Alignment: Conduct precise geometric alignment, calibration, and verification of testing machines.
8. System Calibration: Calibrate systems at customer sites and assist in designing new calibration fixtures.
9. Software Updates: Install software updates on-site with support from the Software Engineering team.
10. Calibration Devices: Maintain internal calibration equipment per NIST standards.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. International Communication: Strong communication skills for collaboration with international customers.
3. Travel: Up to 30% travel required.
4. Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve issues through test result analysis and software outputs.
5. Industry Knowledge: Understand industry procedures, processes, standards, and their impact on project development.
6. Preferred Expertise: Knowledge of electrical systems, PLC, digital/analog electronics, PC data processing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and more.
