Mercury RT version 3.2.1 Falcon is now available. This update introduces new capture and export functionalities, modifies Phantom camera initialization behavior, and resolves software stability and localization issues.
New Features
❖ Live Preview: The High Speed Capture Tool now displays a live preview during setup.
❖ Microsecond Shutter Control: Shutter speeds can now be configured directly in microseconds (µs).
❖ CSV Data Export: Added the ability to export Area Section Data to a CSV file.
❖ Rectangular Areas: Measurement areas can now be defined using a rectangular geometry tool.
❖ Pixel Coordinates: Added the ability to display the pixel coordinates of the image.
Modifications
❖ Phantom Camera Initialization: Phantom camera settings are now preserved and remain unchanged when the camera is initialized.
❖ Multi-File VTK Export: Area data can now be split and exported into multiple individual VTK files.
Fixes
❖ Windows Stability: Resolved a runtime crash occurring on some Windows instances due to a missing vcredist C++ (v14) dependency.
❖ AMEE 3D VEX Triggers: Restored missing camera trigger settings for users operating under the AMEE 3D VEX license.
❖ Localization: Corrected translation errors within the Japanese and Chinese user interfaces.
